It is free.

GroupHelp

GroupHelp's guide lists anti-flood, anti-spam, banned words, warnings, captcha, media control, anti-porn, night mode, removal of inactive members, welcome messages, recurring or scheduled messages and statistics. Pro features (custom replies and more) are unlocked by a donation, from €1.50 for 5 groups.

ChatKeeper

ChatKeeper supports Telegram and MAX groups with filters, triggers, forms, reputation, verification and analytics. Its free tier includes 12 triggers and 32 filters; paid plans add all verification types, AI digests, negativity level and language detection, and deeper statistics.
